POLICIES

In order to work with me, these policies must be understood, acknowledged, and agreed upon. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me via Text, Email, or Instagram!

Late Cancellations

When an appointment is made, reminder notifications will be sent at 72 and 48hrs before the appointment. Cancellations must be made 48hrs prior to appointment time to avoid fees. Ignoring/Not confirming when prompted does not count as a Cancellation.
 
Changes made at or within 48hrs are a 50% service fee.
Changes made at or within 24hrs are a 100% service fee.

No-Shows

If a client does not show up to their appointment without previously cancelling/rescheduling or otherwise notifying the stylist, the fee is 100% of the service, and a 25% deposit will be required to book again.

Card on File

All Clients are required to have a Credit/Debit Card on file in our system.
This is to prevent fees from being unpaid, collect deposits when client isn't present, protect stylist income, and to be used for contactless checkout if the client chooses.

Pricing

As of 1/16/24, my pricing is $100/hr.

This pricing is subject to change, at which point I will notify my clients via email and/or text message. 

Services

I reserve the right to refuse service to anybody for any reason.

ALL Services are guaranteed, and Non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, I will make adjustments for free! However, I need to be notified either at the end of your appointment or within a week afterward for it to be considered an Adjustment.

Kids/Guests

I highly recommend that my clients don't bring their children to their appointment, if it can be helped, so that they can enjoy their Me Time and relax.
If your child is well behaved and will be content during your haircut, by all means! However, if your child requires a lot of your energy and we're scheduled for a color or extension service, it's best to arrange care for them while you pamper yourself!

If you want to bring your friend, partner, sibling, please do! However, a suggestion: if your guest will try to dictate what you do with your hair, or be negative, leave them at home. It's all about YOU and your happiness in my chair!
